The Consortium consists of 7 partners (two institutes from Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and five institutes from University of Copenhagen (KU)) as well as two companies DuPont Nutrition & Health (former Danisco) and Taconic.
Additionally, there are 5 affiliated partners.
The project is headed by Prof. Tine Rask Licht, DTU Food.
